14 / 12 - I'd say I'm done! Some of those were really short, though, so I probably shouldn't count them as a whole book. Plus, it's not like I'm going to stop reading YA for the rest of the year...

I have been thinking about this one. But then I don't really know if I know the catogerization. I mean..

Just Listen By Sarah Dessen, is that YA?

I agree, Dessen is definitely YA and will probably end up on my list. I'm not familiar with Nicholas Novels, though.

Alea said...

Twilight is definitely YA. I think Skinny Dip is adult but I think that author does have at least one YA title.

Alea, where do u go to confirm if a book is a YA?! I m sorry if this sounds like a silly question [ J Kaye told me about a site, but i went there it was a kinda a bookmooch site if i remember correctly, and i didn't understand the site at all!)!

I figure it out by the price usually. Teen paperbacks are always under 10 dollars and the hardcovers I think usually 17 dollars. They are way cheaper! And sometimes you can tell my the publisher, if you know what kind of books the publisher publishes- sometimes it will be part of the name "So and so for Young Readers" that kind of thing. I usually go to Amazon.com to figure it out :D hope that helps!

Can't wait to read your thoughts on Looking for Alaska. I bet you'll love it.

I'm really tempted to join this challenge. I joined last year and I enjoyed it so much. But I kind of want to try to avoid going overboard with challenges yet again.
